Clint’s background has not always been in beer. He received degrees in Architecture and Geography from the Illinois Institute of Technology and the University of California, Berkeley. The City selected an appraiser for the project, and gave the invoice to Ambrosia to pay. Ambrosia paid for architectural drawings and shared these with the City. Ambrosia paid for both a Environmental Phase 1 and Phase 2, and shared this information with the City. Two stories would be added to create a four story building, using as much of the same material as possible. The existing building condition was also discussed.
