Tim Pomaville, Ambrosia Homes
Tim Pomaville has been a fixture in Chicagoland real estate for almost 20 years, most recently as the President of Ambrosia Homes, a luxury home builder based on the northwest side of Chicago. Since founding Ambrosia over 10 years ago, Tim has built and sold over 80 custom homes and has developed close to $10 Million worth of multifamily projects in the immediate area. Tim has lived all over the City of Chicago, including Jefferson Park, and through his company he currently owns multiple rental buildings in the 45th Ward. He currently lives in the Edgebrook neighborhood of Chicago with his wife and three small children. Tim is a CPA, a licensed Real Estate Broker, has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BSB from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
Clint Bautz, Lake Effect Brewery
Clint Bautz is a local Jefferson Park resident and founder of Lake Effect Brewing Company. You will often see him walking to and from work or walking/ driving around/ making deliveries to local NW side neighbors and business. As an advocate for community vitality, he frequents several small business’s, proudly supporting local livelihoods, and as a fellow entrepreneur, he collaborates on pairings, combo deals or branded beers for special occasions.
Clint’s background has not always been in beer. He received degrees in Architecture and Geography from the Illinois Institute of Technology and the University of California, Berkeley. He worked for the City of Chicago in the Landmarks division as an intern and spent nearly a decade at Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) as an Urban Designer working on projects all around the world, even spending a year working in Delhi, India.
